Nordic IT is a managed services product from Nordic PC, Inc. Nordic PC was founded in 2006 with a simple goal: to help businesses and individuals thrive with technology. We began with a hardware focus, building custom PCs that were tailored to the needs of our clients. We grew to offer networking products, software, and cloud solutions. Our service came from a traditional break-fix model.

Our products have evolved with the needs of our clients and with more services and devices running on our clients’ networks, we heard the call to bring a managed IT service product to them. Nordic IT provides support, management, and planning in a predictable budget that scales with your business as it grows.

What is Managed Service?

The definition of a managed service is a way to outsource processes on a proactive basis, allowing your organization to improve operations and cut expenses.

An IT Managed Service encompasses not only the hardware (routers, switches, PCs, laptops, etc.), but also the data that lives and moves on the network. Ours includes cloud-based services like Office 365 for email and collaboration, SonicWall network security to keep that data safe, and all the support and training that you need to utilize all those services together. Plus, we bring assistance with budgeting and technology planning for larger clients.

Nordic IT offers these things in a contractual, service-level agreement that states the performance and quality metrics of our relationship with our clients, and has a fixed annual cost based the on the number of users, servers and locations your business has.
